Established in June 2014 through the initiative of enthusiasts, breeders, and industry professionals, the ICBD develops a canine model based on responsibility, traceability, genetic health, and the promotion of breeds.
The Club engages in registration, evaluation, training, cultural promotion, and event organization, including through collaboration with the World Dog Federation.
Services Provided:
– Registration and Certification: Issuance of initial registration certificates, genealogical registration documents (pedigrees), export registration certificates, and kennel name (affix) certificates for breeders.
– Genetic Control and Selection: DNA testing and the issuance of “Certified Ethical Kennel” certification to promote and verify breed health, functional soundness, and morphological quality.
– Events and Education: Organization of national dog shows, congresses, seminars, training courses, and educational lectures.
– Institutional Support: Ongoing support for professional breeding projects, dog owners, and enthusiasts within the canine community.
