International Institute of Professional Cynology

Professional education and international qualification for the technical figures who operate in cynology and canine events.

The Institute was born from the vision of Mr. Gabriel Djibril Kaci-chaouche: transforming passion and willingness to learn into verified competence through structured courses, certified educational paths, field practice and continuous professional updating. This mission naturally found its place within the World Dog Federation, whose institutional approach is based on qualified, trained and recognized professional figures.

History and Institutional Vision

From an educational idea to an international reference point for professional cynology.

Founded on 25 November 2016, the International Institute of Professional Cynology was created to professionalize the many figures who wish to acquire solid knowledge and real operational skills in the canine sector. Its educational model combines certified training courses, study hours, practical experience and work in the field, with the objective of developing internationally credible professionals.

The project immediately shared the values of the World Dog Federation: promoting recognized professional figures who have actually completed structured training paths and who can contribute to the quality, seriousness and transparency of canine activities. Over the years, hundreds of courses and technical updates have been organized for a wide range of professional profiles.

Many people trained through these programs are today active among the international expert judges and technical collaborators federated within the World Dog Federation. The Institute has also provided training for other associations and clubs, becoming a highly respected reference in cynognostic preparation and in the technical organization of representative canine events, including dog shows and beauty exhibitions at every level.

Training for the World Dog Federation Network

Courses are open to the components of the World Dog Federation and can be activated according to local needs. Member states can request targeted educational programs, technical updates and training sessions specifically calibrated to their own context. This flexibility allows the General Director and the Institute to preserve a common international standard while adapting the method of study and practical approach to each country and professional profile.

An Institutional Educational Asset

The Institute represents an important component of the WDF professional culture. Its value is measured not only in the number of courses delivered, but in the quality it brings to the entire canine system: better-prepared professionals, more reliable events, stronger technical structures and a shared international standard based on study, competence and practical responsibility.
